Position Overview

A new, exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledge & Innovation Assistant to join a leading, innovative law firm in Jersey. This is a busy and rewarding role, the main purpose is to support the delivery of knowledge and innovation solutions while ensuring consistency of approach across offices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the know-how database.
  • Automating documents and maintaining templates.
  • Maintaining content on global knowledge platforms.
  • Applying house style to knowledge documents.
  • Assisting in legal operations projects.
  • Assisting in the continued development of AI resources and training.
  • Assisting with onboarding new starters.

    • Required Skills & Experience:

  • A degree in law or related subject.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Experience using AI tools.
  • Law firm or professional services environment background preferred.
