Job Description

The Knowledge Management Team Administrator role sits within the Knowledge Management Team and reports into the Knowledge and Engagement Lead.  

This is an internal customer facing role supporting the Knowledge management team and the wider business. The role will cover a range of duties;  

  • first line support to the business by answering queries and making content updates to our intranet  

  • training and user support 

  • analytical reporting  

  • other administration duties needed to support the Knowledge Management function.
