• At least 6+ years of experience with Information Technology.
• Primary skill: Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Application support and maintenance experience: L2/L3 support, ITIL processes and ITSM tools, Handling 24x7 operations, critical incidents, Monitoring & observability tools, Splunk.
• Experience and good understanding of IT SDLC lifecycle phases. Through understanding Agile principles and practices.
