L3 Production Support Engineer — Trading Systems

Link-Worldwide is seeking a hands-on L3 Support Engineer to act as an escalation point for critical production issues across trading and risk systems. This role focuses on incident diagnosis, partnering with engineering for fixes, and building the necessary tooling and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and over 3 years of experience in software engineering or production support. This position offers a hybrid work model and a limited weekend on-call rotation.
