Position Overview
Description
- Support daily practical and practical exams preparations
- Dispense chemicals and lay out apparatus (glassware, chemicals, safety goggles, etc)
- Collect and clear away equipment and chemicals, and other teaching materials after each practical including safely disposing of chemicals and washing of glass apparatus.
- General replenishment of bench reagents.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Science Laboratory Technician.
- Primary school education or equivalent (able to read and write).
- Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and chemical preparation.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a science laboratory.
