Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and hands‑on assistance for Operating Units to manage complex global labor relations issues, including contract negotiations, proactive employee relations, and organizing campaigns, focusing on Argentina.
• Advocate in labor arbitrations and with government agencies (legal research, counsel, company lead advocate) and provide labor‑relations consultation and counsel to operating units.
• Support the execution of global labor‑relations philosophy and partner with business stakeholders on the determined strategy and philosophy.
• Enhance the organization’s labor‑relations competence through development and facilitation of labor‑relations training and mentorship.
