+ Adheres to schedule and provides coverage in assigned areas. Adaptable to changes in work flow.
+ Adjusts break and lunch times to ensure appropriate department coverage for optimal patient care.
+ Answers phone by 4th ring. Takes messages and transfers calls appropriately. Strictly follows Personal Telephone/Cell Phone Usage policy (916-010).
