Responsibilities
Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analysis while maintaining a regular presence in the laboratory to support daily operations. Provide technical guidance and assistance to Laboratory Technicians, ensuring analytical methods are carried out accurately and efficiently. Monitor, inspect and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation to maintain reliable performance and minimise downtime. Conduct investigations on unknown samples, interpret analytical data and assist with resolving technical issues. Support the development, validation and continuous improvement of analytical methods and laboratory processes. Administer and maintain the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), ensuring data integrity and efficient sample management.
