You are responsible for

Inclusive of, but not limited to:

Attending to all client matters and all phases of litigation matters/cases from the investigation, discovery, assessment phase through the pre-arbitration, conciliation, settlement, mediation, and arbitration processes.

Client Management: Billing target achieved as per BSC Providing Labour related Legal advice to Clients Discussing complex cases / disputes with Clients Analysing ...
