JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform daily TPM inspections and report equipment abnormalities. Prepare tooling and perform fiberglass lamination process. Collect, dispense, and handle resin according to process specifications. Operate curing ovens and monitor curing processes. Strip cured products from tooling and maintain tooling condition. Inspect finished products for quality, weight, and identification requirements. Complete production records and traceability documents. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area. JOB REQUIREMENT
