Land Development - Civil Engineering Team Leader

Monitor and assist Project Managers in construction admin responsibilities of all assigned projects throughout the entire course of construction (pre-con thru closeout) 

Monitor and intervene as necessary on the coordination with Clients, Contractors, and government agencies to provide solutions to field issues, review change orders and pay apps, evaluate as-builts, and coordinate project closeout

Facilitate Project Managers have regular access to suggested solutions to problem solving and troubleshooting issues arising in the field

Review of all proposals/contracts (scope of work, establish appropriate fees and evaluate risks for projects and assess company liability related to contract terms and conditions)

Monitor project tracking worksheets to manage current workloads and performance status of all assigned projects across the civil project team
