Key Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy materials, digging, and operating equipment.
• Valid Drivers License: A current and valid driver's license is essential for transportation to job sites and to operate company vehicles as needed.
• Reliable Transportation: Candidates must have a dependable means of getting to and from work, as job sites may vary.
• Landscape Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with landscape construction techniques, including laying pavers, installing sod, and performing irrigation tasks.
