Position Overview

DutiesGrading of assignments, quizzes, midterms, and final examinations; entering grades into Quercus; assisting with the creation of assignments and answer keys; invigilating in-person tests and exams on campus.
Travel to the Scarborough campus for grading assignments/test/exams, and in-person invigilating is mandatory. Minimum Qualifications Ph.D. in progress in linguistics with a focus on morphology or syntax. Sound knowledge and understanding of the subject matter. Preferred Qualifications Upper-year (i.e. 3rd year or higher) PhD student preferred. Preference will be given to TAs who have previously TA'd for this course.Relevant CriterionPrevious experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position.
