Position Overview

            Program, operate and maintain laser cladding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. 
Prepare substrates by cleaning and pre-treating surfaces to ensure effective bonding. 
Select appropriate cladding materials and parameters based on job requirement. 
Apply laser cladding techniques to repair and enhance components, following work instruction and best practices. 
Conduct quality inspections to ensure the integrity and consistency of cladded surfaces. 
Collaborate with supervisor & engineers to troubleshoot and optimize processes. 
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including consumable usage and process parameters. 
Perform routine maintenance on laser cladding equipment to ensure optimal performance. 
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and quality. 
Perform other assignments and duties as required.
