Last-Mile Delivery Liaison: Resolve Issues & Customer Care

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking Delivery Service Liaison Agents to contact customers and resolve missed deliveries. You’ll work from a last‑mile delivery site, coordinating with warehouse teams, delivery partners, and customers to ensure smooth rescheduling and timely updates.

In this role you will develop logistics and customer service expertise, communicating daily to maintain high service levels and data security. Standard hours are fixed across shifts.
