LATAM Live Agency Growth Leader

TikTok LATAM is seeking an Agency Growth Manager in Mexico City to design growth strategies for recruitment, retention, and scaling of partner agencies on TikTok LIVE.

You will build empowerment programs, transfer knowledge from top agencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaigns and creator revenue. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with 2+ years in sales/account management.
