LATAM Onboarding PM — SaaS Hospitality, Remote

Cloudbeds is looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to lead complex onboarding projects for mid-market customers. You will guide customers from contract signature through to successful transition while partnering with multiple teams to ensure a seamless implementation experience.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in hotel operations, is fluent in English and Spanish, and has at least 1 year of project management experience in a SaaS environment. This role is fully remote.
