Lead Backend Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize the user account system (registration/login/user profiles/account management).
• Design and maintain the account security framework.
• Lead core development of user permission systems, session management, and authentication/authorization modules including OAuth/SSO.
• Analyze system bottlenecks, resolve complex technical issues, and perform performance tuning for high‑concurrency user request scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of backend development experience with proficiency in Golang.
• Proficient in AI‑driven development using Claude Code.
• Experienced in developing gRPC/HTTP APIs, with a solid understanding of concurrency principles and high‑concurrency user system development.
