Position Overview
Job Summary
The Lead Barista utilizes their passion for coffee to support the growth of that same passion in their co‑workers. They report directly to the Store Manager and secondarily to the Head Trainer. They will collaborate on coffee recipe upkeep, and actively communicate with and support their team members for optimal execution of the coffee program.

Coffee Craftsmanship
- Prepare a diverse range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, cold brews, and pour‑overs, adhering to our strict quality standards.
- Showcase latte art, adding a personalized touch to each coffee creation.
- Greet customers warmly, offering a genuine and inviting atmosphere.
- Engage with customers, listen attentively to preferences, and provide expert recommendations.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
