Job Title: Lead Carpenter / Working Foreman
The Opportunity
Launched in January of this year, we are a fast-growing construction company built on quality work and honest communication. We are a general contractor, and handle everything residential, from remodels/additions, to decks, windows, siding, and doors.
We don't need a hand-holder; we need a leader. We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Foreman who can step onto a job site, look at the plans, manage the workflow, and run the show. If you are a master of your craft and ready to help build a company from the ground floor, let's talk.
Target Start Date: We are looking to bring the right person onboard within the next 2-3 weeks.
What You'll Do
Run the Site: Take the lead on projects from setup to punch list.
