Required Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.7+ years of experiencein data modeling, data engineering, or related roles.Strong hands‐on experience withErwin Data Modeler.Solid understanding of database modeling concepts (logical, physical, relational).
Advanced SQL development and scripting experience.Experience building or supportingETL pipelines.Hands‐on experience withAzure Synapse.Experience working inAgiledelivery environments.Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and critical‐thinking skills.Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Flexibility to collaborate with US teams, primarily during Mexico working hours, with occasional US EST/CT overlap.
