Lead Design Architect – Mixed use Real Estate

Purpose/Objective To set an overall design vision for City Side projects.  Responsible for comprehensive design activities for all CSD projects across all phases from concept, site analysis, identification/ selection of consultants and architects, and adherence to specified timelines, budget and quality standards in alignment with the design intent during the entire lifecycle of the projects.  Overall integration with Airport Master Plan and infrastructure. Strategic Conceptualize projects based on strategic direction of the business. Provide inputs to identify appropriate products in different segments with respect to regulatory and test fits etc. Drive the design efforts by articulating key design elements in line with market / segment requirements and develop the design concepts for various segments.
