Job Summary

Lead, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Lead for MAS division; Canada's premier aircraft support integrator. The successful candidate will join the MAS EHS team and support operations across Canada, working within a global network of L3Harris EHS professionals.

Essential Functions

• Partner with organizational leadership to drive EHS performance, including injury reduction, environmental sustainability initiatives, and meeting regulatory and company requirements.
• Conduct workplace surveys, safety audits, risk assessments, etc., and advise management on conditions requiring corrective action and track resolutions to closure.
