Lead Hardware Automation Engineer

We are looking for a full‑time Lead Hardware Automation Engineer to help design, prototype, build, and scale the automation systems behind a new generation of interactive luxury commerce experiences.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable in industrial automation environments and fast‑moving maker‑style prototyping. You should understand the discipline of classic PLC‑based systems, while also having the curiosity and practical creativity to build, test, and iterate with tools such as Arduino, STM microcontrollers, 3D printing, basic electronics, sensors, actuators, and custom hardware assemblies.
