Lead Maintenance Technician – Cooling Systems

Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Responsible for the maintenance of District Cooling System (DCS) plants and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) plants. 
Carry out routine testings and inspections of plant equipment. 
Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs of plant equipment. 
Support supervisor in calibrations and control troubleshooting as required. 
Maintain event log for plants maintenance activities. 
Assist the supervisor to close Work Order / Service Request in Maintenance System. 
Support emergencies / special operations as requested by Operations team. 
Supervise externally sourced maintenance, work together with vendors on any maintenance or troubleshooting activities. 
Assist the supervisor with routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting at customer’s heat exchanger station. 
Assist the supervisor in daily, weekly and monthly report submissions for monitoring and financial purposes.
