Provides oversight of current and future payroll office mission and functions, making recommendations for improvement. Responds to audit requests, research, and findings, ensuring the sustainment and financial stability of the DLA Payroll Business Cycle. Conducts and oversees special projects that analyze and resolve a wide variety of high visibility financial management issues.
