Overview

Lead Material Engineer – Offshore Island Project. Based in UAE (Abu Dhabi) with relocation to Spain and back to Abu Dhabi as part of the project delivery for ADNOC Offshore. The KBR team delivers science, technology and engineering solutions across the asset life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead material engineering and metallurgy activities for offshore oil & gas facilities (platforms, pipelines, subsea systems, processing facilities); develop and review material selection philosophies, corrosion control strategies, and material specifications; provide technical guidance on metallic and non-metallic materials for offshore environments; ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, API, ASME, ASTM, NACE, ISO, and international engineering codes.
