Lead PCA Design Engineer for NPI & System Quality

HP is seeking an experienced EE Lead in Singapore to drive design excellence and lead cross-functional engineering efforts focused on printed circuit board assembly (PCA) design. This role involves managing technical risks and ensuring product robustness while applying advanced subject matter knowledge.

The ideal candidate should excel in communication, have a strong hands-on engineering capability, and possess at least 5 years in a technical leadership role. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required.
