Lead Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Lead process engineering activities across projects from concept through to commissioning
- Develop and review process designs, flow sheets, mass balances, and equipment specifications
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and multidisciplinary teams
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
- Support sales and proposal teams with technical input and feasibility assessments
- Oversee plant performance analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering
- Minimum 810 years experience in mineral processing or related industries
- Proven experience in leading process engineering projects
