Lead ServiceNow CSM/ITSM Analyst

Asenium is looking for an experienced Business Analyst specialized in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM for two large transformation projects in Colombia. You will act as the link between internal customers and external vendors, ensuring that requirements are met and best practices are followed.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience, extensive knowledge in CSM and ITSM, and excellent communication skills in English. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to significant transformation projects.
