Position Overview
JOB TITLE: Lead Solution Train Engineer
JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St., Dallas, TX 75202
DUTIES: Following the ATT Delivery Operating Model practices, will facilitate and guide the work of all Agile Release Trains and Suppliers in the Value Stream. Monitor the solution Kanban and solution health via its Metrics. Work with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to coordinate delivery. Work closely with Solution Management and Solution Architecture helping to remove roadblocks and manage risks and dependencies. Assist the teams in delivering value, identify cross-team dependencies and economic decision making by rolling up team estimation to the solution level for visibility. Foster continuous improvements via Inspect and Adapt workshops and regularly review programs boards, feature/story burndowns and burn ups to understand PI progress at the Solution level. Utilize Program Management skills to properly communicate with stakeholders, escalate and remove impediments, help manag...
