Lead Stewardess – 50m Private/Charter Yacht, Europe

Bespoke Crew is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 50m private/charter motor yacht currently in Europe. You will lead an interior team of three, maintain superb service and housekeeping standards, and mentor junior crew during the early operational phase.

The role requires strong wine and food knowledge, excellent organisation, and the ability to foster a positive and professional interior culture aboard a vessel with confirmed charters for the Mediterranean season.
