LEAD UNREAL PROGRAMMER — GAME DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for an experienced Lead Unreal Programmer to take control of the technical development process for a game project built in Unreal Engine.

This role is for someone who can lead the programming side of game development from prototype to final build, define the technical architecture, build core gameplay systems, manage development workflows, and ensure that the game is stable, optimised and production-ready.

• Experience in game development
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Unreal Engine
• Strong knowledge of game development and production pipelines.
• Knowledge of C++ and Blueprints
• Strong understanding of gameplay programming, player mechanics, UI implementation, physics, animation systems and real-time rendering.
• Experience developing scalable gameplay systems and interactive features.
• Ability to work with 3D assets, characters, animations, textures...
