Lead Validation Engineer — Robotics Hardware Reliability Leader

Dormont Manufacturing Co in Singapore seeks a Lead Validation Engineer to own the product validation process for LionsBot. You'll design the validation strategy, lead execution of DVT and PVT, and conduct failure analyses to ensure shipping confidence.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in hardware validation and be proficient in validation methods. You'll mentor junior engineers and work collaboratively across different teams to resolve integration issues.

This role is hands-on, requiring a technical leader with a strong background in engineering principles.
