About the Learnership:

Co Cre8 Technology Solutions, based in Midrand, Johannesburg would like to invite applicants interested in a 12 month learnership programme in IT Service Desk Support. The Service Desk agent is responsible for providing efficient and professional IT support to end-users, acting as the first point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues. This role involves diagnosing and resolving incidents, managing service requests, and ensuring that incidents are accurately logged, categorized, and prioritised. This role will be reporting into the Service Desk Manager.

Outline: Your core focus will be to support customers in an IT Service Desk environment (level 1) You will be the first point of contact for all IT related issues and enquiries.
