Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of assigned learning and development programs
- Ensure smooth scheduling, logistics, communications, and delivery of training sessions
- Support learning portfolio management and monitor program timelines
- Work closely with stakeholders, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure successful program execution
- Anticipate and resolve program delivery issues and scheduling conflicts
- Maintain high standards for participant experience and engagement
- Gather feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
- Prepare and maintain training materials, trackers, reports, and documentation
- Support process improvement initiatives within Learning Operations
- Assist in data reporting, dashboards, and learning metrics
- Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage course administration and learner records
