As our Learning & Development Lead Corporate and Leadership Programs, you'll play a key role in building those experiences. You'll own the delivery and continuous improvement of our onboarding programs, first-time manager journeys, leadership development initiatives, and company-wide learning experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both sides of learning and development: designing engaging content behind the scenes and facilitating impactful sessions in front of an audience.
