Learning & Development Manager

We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead technical training, capability development, employee engagement, and site-wide learning initiatives for one of our plants in Luzon. This role is critical in building a skilled, safe, motivated, and future-ready workforce across operations, maintenance, quality, and support functions.

What You’ll Do:

Learning & Development Leadership

• Lead the plant-wide L&D strategy covering: technical, behavioural, leadership, digital, and compliance training
• Drive Training Needs Analysis, competency mapping, and technical curriculum development
• Ensure 100% compliance with all mandatory safety and regulatory training
• Manage LMS administration, training records, and audit-ready documentation (ISO/DOLE)
• Deliver training sessions and support OJT programs, SME networks, and certification pathways
