Learning Mentor – SEMH & Vocational Learning
📍 Location: Coventry
💰 Salary: £21,731 - £25,758 + Up to £2,500 Annual Performance Bonus
📅 Contract: Full Time | Permanent | Term Time Only
🕒 Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 3:30pm
🚀 Start Date: September 2026

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing provision supporting learners from KS3-KS5 with SEMH, ADHD, emotional and behavioural needs, and those who have experienced trauma.
Using practical, hands-on vocational learning, you'll help learners rebuild confidence, re-engage with education and develop the skills they need to succeed in further education, employment and life.
