Position Overview

  • To guide and work together with a small team on various sales and marketing functions to drive business growth.
  • Handle day-to-day enquiries received through the SMU Academy's hotline and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Demonstrate a hunter mentality for sales and closing, acquiring and expanding the customer base (both individuals and corporates) through approaches such as cold calling, networking, social media, and emails.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, information, and advice on our courses.
  • Handle both in-bound and out-bound customer enquiries professionally and promptly. Resolve customer feedback and issues, escalating them to senior management if necessary.
  • Manage and minimize class cancellations, ensuring a minimum sign-up of 10 participants for each module.
