The department of Access and Disability Resources within Student Affairs invites applications for a full-time, tenure track Learning Specialist, Professional Resource Faculty, commencing July 1, 2026, subject to final budgetary approval.

In this role, you will facilitate access to all aspects of the MacEwan University academic experience for students with disabilities. Some of your main responsibilities include providing support to students with disabilities by facilitating initial consultations with students, including conducting student functional-abilities assessment interviews, reviewing medical documentation, and will draw upon professional expertise and judgment, including the understanding of relevant legislation and institutional policy, to identify reasonable accommodations to develop an individualized Academic Accommodation and Service Plan.
