Soleira is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Operator to enhance leasing performance in a high-volume multifamily portfolio. The ideal candidate will drive marketing and leasing initiatives rather than managing administrative tasks.

The role requires proven experience in leasing, understanding of platforms like Zillow and Apartments.com, and a proactive mindset. Compensation is $10–$12 USD/hour with performance-based bonuses, and a full-time schedule.
