Source external research funding and establish collaborations with industry and other stakeholders. Generate third-stream income. Participate in community engagement projects such as farmer's days. Recruit postgraduate students. Participate in departmental, faculty and university committees and perform general academic and administrative duties. Qualifications Lecturer: Ph.
