About Our Client This opportunity is with a reputed organisation working in the tech infrastructure space Job Description - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS, licensing, vendor & customer agreements) while ensuring risk mitigation and policy alignment - Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle and maintain organized contract repository and documentation - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks - Support real estate and corporate legal matters, including lease agreements, due diligence, and coordination with external counsel - Assist in handling legal notices, disputes, and regulatory filings - Provide legal advisory to cross-functional teams and proactively identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: - A law degree from a recognized university - Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance matters in the IT industry - Expe...
