Legal Counsel at 50%

Your mission

• Work in close collaboration with the Human Resources Department on all matters related to labour law, applicable collective labour agreements, and situations requiring legal analysis or drafting
• Participate in public tender procedures, notably in the preparation and review of legal documents
• Draft, analyse and adapt contracts, agreements, institutional directives or any other documents requiring legal framing, on behalf of members of the Management
• Collaborate, when necessary, in managing patient complaints by providing legal analysis and drafting support
