Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior Global Legal Counsel with a strong background in payments and digital assets. This role will support the company on global licensing, regulatory, and compliance related legal matters across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will be hands on, commercially minded, and experienced in navigating complex regulatory environments in the crypto and payment industries.

Key Responsibilities:
