Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal agreements entered into by the Great Eastern group of companies (both life and insurance business), with a focus on IT and AI‑related agreements and initiatives (local and cross‑border), including software licences, SaaS agreements, AI vendor contracts, system implementation, technology outsourcing, cloud services, and emerging AI‑related use cases ensuring alignment with internal risk appetite and industry best practices. 
Support the development, review and revision of insurance products such as Accident & Health insurance products, including policy wordings, endorsements, marketing materials, and distribution documentation, in collaboration with product, marketing, and compliance teams. 
Draft, review and provide legal advice on agency incentive schemes, commission structures, and remuneration frameworks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal governance standards.
