Level 2 Teaching Assistant

A Primary in Penarth is looking for a full time Level 2 Classroom Assistant to join the team! The successful applicant will be expected to provide classroom support to the class teacher by preparing and setting up resources, providing 1:1 support to pupils and be able to deliver group activities from teachers planning.

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant you may also be required to take control of a classroom environment on your own.

The successful candidate for this Teaching Assistant job require the following:

> Hold a Level 2 qualification or equivalent

> Have a proven track record of working with pupils from Foundation stage to Key Stage 2

> Be friendly, enthusiastic and reliable

> Enjoy assisting pupils across all Key stages

> Use own initiative
