New Directions Education is looking for passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Cardiff. We have a variety of opportunities available, including day-to-day supply and long-term placements.

The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping pupils thrive. You may be working across whole-class settings, with small groups, or providing 1:1 support for children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).

We’re looking for:

  • A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Recent experience working in a primary school.
  • A positive, enthusiastic and reliable approach.
