Library Ed Tech III

Assist in reinforcement in reading, language arts, mathematics, computer instruction, media and other skills. Work with students individually and in small groups. Partner with Dyer Library. Must love to read aloud with children. Enjoy researching children's literature. Knowledgeable of current children's award winning books and authors. Adept at presenting various genres to children. Excellent communication skills. Ability to collaborate with internal and external community partners. Knowledgeable of the Responsive Classroom approach to teaching. Experience with thematic lesson plan development. Planning and facilitating computer program experiences for students. Strong organizational skills. MUST have state of Maine Ed Tech III certification and current fingerprinting/CHRC. Perform any other related duties as assigned.
